These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk306. By accessing the pk306 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. Six core areas govern your relationship with pk306. Understanding each one ensures you use the platform with full clarity and confidence.
You must be aged 21 or above to open a pk306 account. One account per person, household, and IP address is permitted. pk306 reserves the right to request CNIC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle.
All financial activity on pk306 is conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. pk306 does not charge processing fees on standard PKR transactions.
All pk306 bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits. Bonus terms are published on each promotion page. pk306 will never retroactively alter bonus terms after a player has accepted an offer.
Sports bets on PSL, PCB internationals, football, and all other markets are governed by pk306's Betting Rules document. Casino games use certified RNG technology. Live dealer outcomes are final once the round is closed.

Any dispute arising from use of pk306 shall first be submitted to pk306 customer support for resolution. pk306 operates under an internationally recognised gaming license, and unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority.

By accessing the pk306 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit in PKR, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the pk306 Platform. Access to the Platform is conditional on your acceptance of these terms and the pk306 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of your use of the pk306 Platform including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, slot games, bonus participation, deposits, withdrawals, and all customer support interactions.
The pk306 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. pk306 employs robust age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, including at the time of withdrawal.
Minors are absolutely prohibited from using the pk306 Platform. If pk306 discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account is held by a person under the age of 21, pk306 will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required under applicable licensing obligations.

pk306 is not responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in any individual Player's jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure their use of the pk306 Platform complies with all laws applicable to them.
To access pk306's betting and gaming features, a Player must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details.
One Account per person is strictly enforced. pk306 prohibits the creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, from the same household, or using the same device or IP address. Any duplicate Accounts detected will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
pk306 will conduct KYC verification at the time of withdrawal or earlier at pk306's discretion. Players will be required to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may additionally be asked for proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is completed to pk306's satisfaction.
Players are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to name, address, or payment details must be reported to pk306 customer support promptly.
Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their pk306 login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk306 strongly recommends that Players use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication to protect their Account.
Players must not share their Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using a Player's login credentials is deemed to have been carried out by that Player, and pk306 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
If a Player suspects unauthorised access to their Account, they must contact pk306 customer support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. pk306 will temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation upon receiving a credible report of unauthorised access.
All transactions on the pk306 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk306 supports the following PKR payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pk306's discretion without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. pk306 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the pk306 cashier and are subject to change.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. Same-day processing is available for verified Accounts using JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one to two business days. pk306 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Players may only withdraw funds that have been deposited by them personally. pk306 strictly prohibits the deposit or withdrawal of funds on behalf of third parties. Any suspected money laundering or financial fraud will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited. Only Real Money Balance winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
pk306 offers various promotions and bonuses to both new and existing Players. The specific terms governing each promotion — including Wagering Requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
Players may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple Accounts, the use of structured low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or the coordination of betting activity across Accounts — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
pk306 guarantees that bonus terms will not be altered retroactively after a Player has accepted a promotion. However, pk306 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend a promotion that has not yet been claimed, with or without prior notice, where required by licensing obligations, technical necessity, or evidence of abuse.
Free bet and free spin awards are subject to a maximum winnings cap where stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free bets or free spins exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the Player's balance prior to withdrawal processing.
Sports betting on the pk306 Platform covers PSL (Pakistan Super League), PCB international cricket, ICC tournaments, Premier League and international football, UFC, kabaddi, and other markets as published in the pk306 sportsbook. Markets, odds, and availability are subject to change without notice.
All sports bets are final once confirmed by the pk306 system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections — including event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. pk306 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets once they have been accepted by the system.
pk306 reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error has occurred in the pricing of odds, where the outcome of an event has been affected by corruption or match-fixing, or where a technical error has resulted in odds being published at materially incorrect levels. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during a live event at pk306's discretion. Bets placed immediately before a material incident in a live event may be voided where pk306's systems reasonably determine that the bet was placed with knowledge of that incident.
All slot and table game titles on the pk306 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories approved under pk306's gaming license. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game title are published by the game provider and are accessible within each game's information panel.
Live dealer games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and live game shows — are streamed from regulated studio environments operated by third-party game providers. Once a round of a live dealer game has been completed and the result declared by the dealer, that result is final and cannot be disputed on the basis of Player error, connection issues, or misread of the game interface.
In the event of a technical disconnection during a casino game session, any bets already placed at the time of disconnection remain valid. pk306 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's internet connection dropping during an active game session. Players experiencing persistent connectivity issues should contact pk306 support.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk306 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
pk306 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, and to permanently close Accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, pk306 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
pk306 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk306 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is occurring, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.
Where an Account is closed by pk306 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be handled in accordance with pk306's licensing obligations. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in cases of proven fraud or abuse.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting pk306 customer support. Any pending bets at the time of Account closure will be settled in the normal course, and the resulting balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, or creating derivative works from any content on the pk306 Platform without prior written consent from pk306.
Any unauthorised use of pk306 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk306 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even where pk306 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
pk306's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in PKR in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk306 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability. pk306 will communicate planned maintenance periods where reasonably practicable.
pk306 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the pk306 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk306 will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC and payment processing partners strictly as required to operate the Platform and fulfill regulatory obligations. pk306 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk306 will provide notice to registered Players via email or an on-Platform notification at least seven days before the amended terms take effect.
Continued use of the pk306 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the pk306 Platform shall be governed by the laws applicable under pk306's internationally recognised gaming license jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, Players are requested to first contact pk306 customer support and allow pk306 a reasonable period — no less than fourteen calendar days — to investigate and respond. pk306 will handle all dispute submissions in good faith and aim to provide a written response within five business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through pk306's internal complaints process, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pk306's gaming license authority.
